Our Online Help offers users detailed, topic-specific instructions and descriptions of system features and functions. This help feature is accessible in our system from any screen and opens a separate window with search features and topic hyperlinks.
Our Resource Center is an online site with available training content for end users and system administrators accessible in our system from any screen. This site includes handouts, videos, online tutorials, user manuals, role-based courses, and competencies – all organized for easy navigation and topic searching.
Our Quick Help displays content-specific instructions based on the user’s location in our system application. This contextual, pop-up help includes feature descriptions, what’s new information, videos, and related topics.
CliniComp values its customers and encourages their feedback on services and products for continual improvement. For this reason, CliniComp offers ServiceDirect – a web-based tool providing advanced features for submitting, tracking, and querying service requests. Service Direct is our ticketing system that can also be accessed 24/7 for support requests.
ServiceDirect is your channel for communicating configuration change requests or non-emergent service requests to CliniComp. Urgent service requests should be reported to the Help Desk at 1-800-350-8202 and you can then use ServiceDirect to view or track the progress of tickets reported to the Help Desk.
