CliniComp|EHR v213.03 Health IT Module is 2015 Cures Update Edition compliant and has been certified by SLI, an ONC-ACB, in accordance with the applicable certification criteria adopted by the Secretary of Health and Human Services. CliniComp|EHR Health IT Module CHPL Product Number: 15.05.05.2695.CLIN.02.01.1.221013 was certified on October 13, 2022. *This certification does not represent an endorsement by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.

CliniComp|EHR v213.03 Health IT Module is configurable based on clinician specifications. Access to EMR Direct Data Exchange Protocol API Version Implemented: 1.3.2 is the additional software required to achieve this certification, and it may incur additional costs. CliniComp’s System as a Service (SYaaS) pricing structure is inclusive of software, hardware, implementation, and support services. Annual SYaaS payments covers all maintenance including hardware repair or replacement, software updates and upgrades, system configuration, training and user education. The SYaaS fee is based on a client’s volumes (e.g., bed counts). If a client’s use of the software grows (e.g., after acquiring a new facility or expanding the pool of patients for whom it uses CliniComp to manage or deliver care) the client may need to expand its service agreement.

The CliniComp Smart Card feature supports Multi-factor Authentication (MFA) within the CliniComp|EHR for all user roles, if desired. Using smart card technology allows users to access the CliniComp|EHR with their certified plastic cards embedded with personal identification information.
