Sandra Johnson, Senior Vice President of Client Services at CliniComp. Leveraging 20 years of EHR delivery and optimization experience, Mrs. Johnson serves as senior vice president of client services at CliniComp. She has been working at CliniComp for almost 13 years, taking on progressively responsible roles. In her current role, she oversees all aspects of client services, including account management, application support, clinical services, customer learning and development, cybersecurity and project management. Mrs. Johnson manages the strategic planning, implementation and optimization of the company’s EHR solution suite, as well as its disruptive system-as-a-service delivery model across market segments. Her work was instrumental in the smooth system transition to the new version of the EHR solution for 100-plus customers over 18 months. Her strategic leadership aids the company in best practices, process improvement and business reengineering initiatives across every department. Mrs. Johnson is an active member of Chief, Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society and the College of Healthcare Information Management Executives. She is also an executive board member for Notre Dame Academy.
